An enquiry submitted through this website, by phone or on WhatsApp is a request, not a confirmed booking. A booking is confirmed only once we acknowledge it and share the vehicle and driver details with you.

Fares depend on trip type, distance, vehicle category, travel dates and duration. Any figures shown on this website are indicative only. The applicable fare, and how tolls, parking, permits, state taxes and driver allowances are handled, is confirmed before your trip begins. Additional distance, waiting time or route changes requested during the trip may be charged separately.

Please inform us as early as possible if your plans change. Cancellations made close to the pickup time, or after a vehicle has been dispatched, may attract a charge covering the costs already incurred.

Travel times are estimates. Traffic, weather, road works, diversions and other conditions outside our control can affect arrival times. For flights and trains we strongly recommend booking a departure with a comfortable buffer.

Passenger numbers must not exceed the seating capacity of the vehicle. Smoking, alcohol consumption and any unlawful activity in the vehicle are not permitted. Please check the vehicle for personal belongings before leaving; we are not liable for items left behind, though we will make reasonable efforts to return them.
